After acquiring The Queen Mary and its 43 acres of surrounding grounds in a deal that went through in the Winter of 2008, the Save The Queen Corporation turned to The Gridlock Group to breathe new life into The Queen Mary location by reviving its brand identity, and to bring a new level of ‘Hollywood’ appeal to the property. The Gridlock Group plans to rejuvenate the property with the infusion of a boutique hotel environment featuring VIP lounges, restaurants, theaters, high-end retail, and guest attractions. The property will also host some of the Nation’s largest and most talked about events throughout key times of the year to include, but not be limited to July 4th, Memorial and Labor Day Weekends, Halloween, Christmas & Hanukkah, and New Years Eve!
